Water Alerts
The MVWA Alert system is now available to provide you with up to date text messages or automated calls to alert you to any services disruptions such as main breaks, maintenance repairs or Boil Water Advisories/Warnings affecting your area. By signing up for this service, you are authorizing us to contact you with important information regarding your water service. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
When there are main breaks in our system, we will attempt to keep you informed. Signing up is easy, you can choose to receive text messages or calls or both. Once you have signed up, we will alert you with a test call or text message. Please respond to the test alert to verify your number.
We will also attempt to notify you of possible leaks at your property.
In addition, please be sure to keep your contact information updated, for accurate alerts. Contact information can be updated at the same website where you initially signed up. These alerts will be neighborhood specific, so a change in address is important for us to know as well.
