Please note our office is located on the third floor of City Hall, and we are accepting walk-ins during normal business hours.
- Translation assistance is available through Language Line; please request interpreter if required
- Payments can be made on the first floor at the KIOSK or at the City Cashier Window
- Residential billing is done quarterly
- Due to COVID, City Hall and our office requires mask be worn regardless of vaccination status and social distance is also required.
