Bids for furnishing a LOCATING SYSTEM to the Mohawk Valley Water Authority (MVWA) will be received by the MVWA Engineering Department, One Kennedy Plaza, Utica, New York 13502, up until and no later than 11:00 A.M. on Friday, June 30, 2023, , at which time those bid packages on hand will be publicly opened and read aloud in the MVWA Conference Room.

Specifications may be obtained from the MVWA Engineering Department, electronically free of charge, by emailing Jolie Murray.

No bids or proposals shall be accepted after 11:00 A.M. on the date set for receipt and bids that do not comply with the requirements set forth for their submittal shall be considered informal.

The Board reserves the right to waive any formalities and to reject all bids.

Packages containing bids must be sealed, marked, and addressed to the Mohawk Valley Water Authority, Engineering Department, Attention: Jolie Murray, 1 Kennedy Plaza, 3rd Floor, City Hall, Utica, New York 13502. Packages containing bids that are delivered by courier (i.e., FedEx, UPS, etc.) must be delivered to the Water Authority’s Engineering Department, 3rd Floor Office. The Board reserves the right to revise or amend the bidding documents prior to the date set for opening the bids.
