Deadline: All bids need to be submitted by NOON on 6/10/2022 to our City Hall Location at 1 Kennedy Plaza (3rd FL) Utica, NY 13502 Note: Please make sure to fill out the "Bid Summary Sheet." All bid packages will be publicly opened at our board conference room at 12:00 P.M. on June 10, 2022. All bids are considered final, no modifications will be allowed after summation.

Summary

This is for a 3-year leasing contract for one (1) Black & White printer and three (3) multi-functional copiers (Printing, Copying, Scanning to network/email365, Fax, Staple, Sorting, and etc.)

All of above equipment must have networking capabilities, compatible with windows 10 operating system and Microsoft email 365.

Detailed specifications sheet(s) will be available for pick up along the bid packages. All bids must offer equal or higher specifications than the one provided in the bid package.

** The MVWA reserves the right to revise or amend the bidding documents prior to the date set for bids opening. And also may reject any bid if in its judgment as questionable for work to be performed, such as the company resources, financial standing, or experience justification.

** The Board reserves the right to waive any informality and reject any or all bids.
