You are invited to Bid on a Contract for the Kemble Street Maintenance Building Office Alterations.
This project is an alteration of an existing office and storeroom to become three separate offices and will include architectural, HVAC, and electrical work.
The Owner(s) will receive Bids at 2:00 a.m. on Monday, February 14, 2022. Deliver Bids to Mohawk Valley Water Authority, ATTN: Jolie Murray, Engineering Department,
3rd Floor, One Kennedy Plaza, Utica, NY 13502. Bids may also be submitted electronically in PDF format to Jolie Murray. Bids will be
privately opened at the convenience of the Owner.
The Owner, above named, reserves the right to waive any informalities in, or to reject any or all Bids.
No Bidder may withdraw his/her Bid within sixty (60) days after the date set for opening thereof.
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, January 24, 2022, at the project site, 1620 Kemble Street, Utica, NY.
