Sealed Bids, subject to the conditions contained herein will be received by the Upper Mohawk Valley Regional Water
Authority d./b./a. Mohawk Valley Water Authority (MVWA) Engineering Department, up until and no later than
11:30 AM on January 13, 2022, and then publicly opened and
read in the Authority’s conference room for the following,as described in the specifications:
DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM S.I.P.P REHABILITATION – PHASE 1.
The scope of work includes the furnishing and installation of approximately 964 lineal feet of NSF61 approved epoxy-coated
spray-in-place pipe lining system within an existing 6” diameter cast-iron water main.
Bidding documents can be obtained from Jolie Murray.
Printed copies of the bidding documents are not available.
Proposals shall be submitted only on the forms contained herein and shall include a five percent (5%) bid security
in a form described and shall be received only from persons who obtain Bid Documents from the MVWA and are duly
registered on the list of bidders.
The Authority reserves the right to waive any informality and reject all bids. The MVWA may reject any bid if in
its judgment the resources, financial standing, or experience of the bidder justifies such rejection in view of
the work to be performed.
Packages containing bids must be sealed, marked, and addressed to the Mohawk Valley Water Authority,
Engineering Department, Attention: Jolie Murray, 1 Kennedy Plaza, 3rd Floor, City Hall, Utica,
New York 13502. Packages containing bids that are delivered by courier (i.e., FedEx, UPS, etc.)
must be delivered to the Water Authority’s Engineering Department, 3rd Floor Office.
The Authority reserves the right to revise or amend the bidding documents prior to the date set for opening the bids.
