INVITATION TO BID - BOARDROOM VIDEOTAPING
OPEN: Friday, May 14th / CLOSE: Friday, June 4th
Bids for videotaping the Mohawk Valley Water Authority Board Meetings will be received by the MVWA Administration Department, One Kennedy Plaza, Utica, New York 13502, up until no later than 11:00 AM on Friday, June 4, 2021.
No bids or proposals shall be accepted after 11:00 AM on the date set for receipt and bids that do not comply with the requirements set forth for their submittal shall be considered informal.
The Board reserves the right to waive any formalities and to reject any and all bids.
Packages containing bids must be sealed, marked, and addressed to the Mohawk Valley Water Authority, Attention: Suzanne Harmon, 1 Kennedy Plaza, Third Floor, City Hall, Utica, NY 13502. Packages containing bids that are delivered by courier (i.e. FedEx, UPS, etc.) must be delivered to the Water Authority’s office on the third floor. The Board reserves the right to revise or amend the bidding documents prior to the date set for opening the bids.
