In accordance with Sub-Part 5-1 of 10 New York Codes Rules and Regulations “Public Water Supplies” Section 5-1.33 section (d), please take notice the Mohawk Valley Water Authority’s Emergency Response Plan will be available beginning Tuesday, February 19, 2008 for public review and comment. 

Those wishing to review the Emergency Response Plan may do so by contacting Jolie Murray at (315) 792-0320.

Written comments on the Emergency Response Plan will be accepted at the Mohawk Valley Water Authority, Attention:  Principal Engineer, 1 Kennedy Plaza (Third Floor), Utica, NY 13502 until Tuesday, March 4, 2008.
